40 grams raisins
2 fresh green chili peppers
200 milliliters Fruit Vinegar
1 Tbsp Mustard seed
100 grams cane sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the apple, cut into quarters, and remove the seeds. Peel the mango then cut the pulp from the stone. Rinse and halve the chilis. Remove the seeds and thinly slice. 

2.

Add the prepared ingredients to a pot with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer the chutney for 40 minutes, stirring constantly, until the chutney has thickened. Remove from the heat and let cool.
