Lavender not only convinces with its radiant purple color but also gives recipes a flowery-aromatic taste like a spice. The essential oils act in the body as an anti-stress killer and soothe stressed skin. In the case of sunburn, for example, the healing process can thus be supported. Raspberries also have an anti-inflammatory effect and make the lavender water a fruity treat.

Summer is lavender time: Lavender tastes incredibly delicious, but not only in water. With a little oil and sugar, you can turn the purple flowers into a nourishing anti-aging skin scrub and help your largest organ renew itself from the inside and outside. The shrub will add a great color accent and pleasant aroma to your garden or even balcony. In addition, you also do something good for nature and create a habitat for the vital bees.
