1 red Apple (cored, finely chopped)
8 slices Bacon
2 slices Tramezzini Bread (large)
½ cup cream cheese

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the apple juice in a pan and boil the apple for approx. 1 minute. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan until crisp. Drain on kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
3.
Spread the tramezzini slices with cream cheese. Cover one slice with bacon and apple pieces. Cover with the remaining slice, cut into triangles and serve.
