Preparation steps

1.

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, mineral water, and kefir. Fold in the dill and chives. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Pout in the egg mixture and allow to thicken over low heat.

Fold the omelette, cut in half, arrange on plates and serve immediately.
