2 Tbsps vegetable oil
14 ozs turkey breasts (cut into strips)
2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
2 large, green Bell pepper (seeds removed, sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsps water
4 Tbsps Orange juice
2 tsps ground ginger (optional)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the turkey and garlic over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
2.
Add the peppers and onions and fry for 2 minutes, until soft. Add the pine nuts and cook for 1 minute.
3.
Stir in the Worcester sauce, water, orange juice and ground ginger and cook for a further 3-4 minutes over a medium heat until bubbling. Serve immediately.
