1 Tbsp Peanut oil
1 onion (peeled and sliced)
3 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
3 cups boneless, skinless turkey breasts (sliced into strips)
3 small Apple (rinsed)
2 cups Napa cabbage (rinsed and sliced)
1 cup Apple juice
2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
½ tsp dried thyme
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

In skillet or wok, heat oil until very hot, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until the onions are soft and translucent. Remove onions and garlic and side aside.

Add the turkey and stir-fry until almost cooked through. Return the onion and garlic mixture to the wok and add apples, cabbage, juice, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Cover the wok or skillet and let the mixture cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage wilted and turkey is thoroughly cooked.

Divide among serving bowls, season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve
