8 small Tuna steak

1 Tbsp Lime juice
4 Beefsteak tomato
1 small, red onion
2 Tbsps Osetra caviar (from the can)
1 handful baby Frisée

Preparation steps

Drizzle the tuna with lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with oil. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, remove skins and thinly slice. Arrange the tomato slices in the center of each plate like flower. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Peel and thinly slice onion. Distribute over top of the tomatoes.

Decorate the plate edges with the caviar. Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Cook the tuna steaks to desired doneness on a hot grill or in a grill pan until seared on both sides. Serve 2 tuna steaks on top of the tomatoes and onions. Garnish with the frisee.
