800 grams Tomatoes
2 bunches parsley
½ bunch Basil
½ oregano
4 Tbsps White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 Tuna steak (180 grams each)
1 lemon (zest)
2 Tbsps small Caper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Arrange on one large plate or four separate plates.

Rinse the herbs and shake dry. Pluck the leaves and chop finely.

For the dressing, combine the vinegar with the spices, half the parsley and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well.

Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes.

4.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and brush with the remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill for about 6 minutes, while turning.

5.

Combine the remaining herbs with the lemon zest and capers and mix together.

Arrange the tuna steaks on the tomatoes and serve showered with the herb mixture.
