Ingredients

For the chicken and potatoes
4 Chicken breasts
salt
freshly ground peppers
16 potatoes
olive oil (for brushing)
Aluminum foil
For the sauce
1 sm can Tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
Chili powder
1 sm can Corn kernel (150 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

For the potatoes, thoroughly scrub potatoes and cook in salted boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and cool. Brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and wrap in aluminum foil.

Grill potatoes on edge of grill for about 15 minutes.

For the sauce, peel onion and garlic, chop and saute in hot oil until translucent. Add can of tomatoes, including juice, and simmer for 15 minutes uncovered. Season with salt, pepper and chile powder. Add drained corn kernels and remove from heat.

For the chicken, brush chicken breast fillets with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on each side for about 4-5 minutes.

5.

Serve chicken with sauce and potatoes.
