4 Chicken breasts (about 6 ounces)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps clarified butter
5 ozs cooked ham (thinly sliced)
1 scallion
1 onion
8 ozs Pineapple (canned)
5 ozs Cheese (such as Gouda or Gruyere)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Halve the chicken breasts lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper. Saute in 1 tablespoon of hot clarified butter.

Cut the ham into small cubes. Rinse the scallion, remove some of the leaves for the garnish and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Saute the onion and scallion in the remaining clarified butter. Drain the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Mix the pineapple, ham, scallion and onion. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the ham mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with the scallion leaves.

Thank you for your honest review. If you like it a bit more flavorful a teaspoon of garlic and a dash of paprika would spice it up.
 
This Baked chicken although has many different tastes in it, there is nothing there to bring together tastes for the chicken. It still tastes like plane bland chicken.
