1 Persimmon
4 ozs Berry (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
½ oz chopped almonds
1 Tbsp Acacia honey

1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Knife, 1 Non-stick pan

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the Greek Yogurt with the milk with a whisk until creamy.

2.

Wash and halve the persimmon, cut out the stem and stalk and cut the flesh into small pieces. Sort the berries, wash and pat dry. Roast almonds in a pan without fat at medium heat for 3 minutes.

3.

Pour the yogurt into two bowls, garnish with fruit, honey, and roasted almonds and serve.
