1 Banana
200 grams mixed Berry (seasonal)
2 small Oranges
200 milliliters white Grape juice
1 Tbsp sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Soak gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water until softened, about 10 minutes. Banana peel and cut into slices. Rinse berries, remove stems, drain and halve larger berries. Peel oranges with a sharp knife and carefully loosen fruit from each section.

Heat grape juice with sugar in a pot and let sugar dissolve. Squeeze out gelatin and dissolve into pot. Distribute fruit in 2 glasses, pour gelatin mixture on top and let refrigerate for 4 hours until fixed. Serve.
