1 pc Cinnamon stick (about 4 cm long)
2 cloves
1 Star anise

2 tsps powdered sugar

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Small bowl, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Bowl, 1 Skillet, 1 deep bowl, 1 Milk frother, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk

Preparation steps

Rinse grapes, remove from the stems and cut in half. Divide among 4 glasses or bowls.

Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water to soften.

Heat the grape juice with the cinnamon, cloves and star anise in a small pot.

Add the softened gelatin to the pan, stirring to dissolve. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Pass grape gelatin through a fine sieve into a bowl and pour over the grapes, dividing evenly. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.

Toast the almonds with the powdered sugar in a dry pan until golden brown. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Let steep 30-40 minutes while mixture cools.

Pass the almond milk through a sieve into a tall vessel and beat with a milk frother to foam. Top each serving of grape gelatin with 1 tablespoon of foam and serve immediately.
