- 1 Granny Smith Apple (washed; cored and thinly sliced)
- ½ cup shelled Walnut (coarsely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine Gorgonzola, cream, cream fraiche, and yogurt in a blender; pulse until smooth and creamy.
2.
Pour into a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add apple slices and chopped walnuts. Serve with breadsticks.
