- 250 grams Gorgonzola
- 400 grams Whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower seed
- 1 centiliter Cherry brandy
Preparation steps

Crumble the gorgonzola cheese or cut into small pieces. Mix with the cream in a saucepan, and simmer over low heat until completely smooth.

Mix in the balsamic vinegar, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix with an immersion blender until forthy. Stir in the sunflower seeds and the kirsch, and serve.
