Ingredients

For the vegetables
1.333 cups carrots (peeled and cut into sticks)
1.333 cups small Zucchini (cut into sticks)
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp hot Mustard
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1.333 cups Radish (peeled and cut into sticks)
1.333 cups yellow peppers (cut into sticks)
For the burgers
1 shallot (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp butter
4 cups ground Turkey
1 egg
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (roasted)
2 Tbsps fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsps white breadcrumbs
Oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Blanch the carrots in boiling salted water for approx. 3 minutes, add the courgette and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Drain and refresh in ice-cold water.

Mix together the lemon juice with the mustard, oil and honey and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir in all the vegetables and marinate for approx. 15 minutes.

To make the burgers, fry the shallot in hot butter. Then mix together the meat, egg, sesame seeds, coriander, bread crumbs and the shallot and season with salt and ground black pepper. Shape into mini burgers and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on a low heat until golden brown. Serve on top of the vegetables.
