Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Heat soy sauce and honey. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper and brush with the honey paste. Place in a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until crispy, 30 minutes.

Cut bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, rinse and cut flesh into thin strips. Trim celery, cut off ends, rinse and cut diagonally into pieces. Rinse sprouts with hot water and drain well. Clean mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a wok. Peel garlic, chop finely and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add celery and bell peppers and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Add sprouts and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, transfer to plates and arrange the chicken drumsticks on the vegetables.
