Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Grease an 18cm|7" square baking tin.
2.
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
3.
Press into the tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and firm.
4.
Mark into pieces and cool completely in the tin.
5.
Cut into pieces and decorate with meringue ghosts.
