- For the salad
- 200 grams mixed Lettuce
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 stalk Celery
- For the dressing
- 5 Tbsps lemon juice
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
For the salad, rinse the lettuce, trim, and tear into smaller pieces.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and saute in oil for about 10 minutes on both sides. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Rinse, trim and also cut the celery into slices. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel, cut into wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and drizzle in the oil.
4.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, place the lettuce, kiwi, celery and avocado on a plate and drizzle with the salad dressing.
