- For the salad
- 1 small Romaine lettuce
- 2 cooked Chicken breasts
- 1 Apple
- 100 grams Raspberries
- 40 grams Walnut
- For the dressing
- 50 grams Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps Ketchup
- salt
- Chili powder

Preparation steps
1.
For the salad, separate the lettuce leaves, rinse, shake dry and arrange decoratively on plates.
2.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the cores and cut into small pieces. Rinse the raspberries.
3.
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, cream and ketchup and season with salt and chili powder to taste.
4.
Mix the salad ingredients together and arrange on the bed of lettuce. Serve drizzled with the dressing and showered with walnuts.
