Preparation steps

1.

Mix the sugar with 1/2 cup of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Rinse all the fruit well. Peel the kiwis, the pear, and papaya. Remove the pear core and the papaya seeds and dice all the fruit.

Purèe all the prepared fruit individually, including the raspberries, mixing each one with a little of the syrup.

Mix in the pomegranate seeds with the raspberry purèe and put a layer of each fruit into popsicle molds, allowing each layer to freeze for about 1 hour before adding the next layer.

Stick a popsicle stick into the last layer and freeze until ready to eat.
