3 ¼ Tbsps powdered sugar (or stevia)
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
½ Lime (peel and juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cherries with the Xylitol and puree as finely as possible in a blender. Then pass through a fine sieve and mix with yogurt, lime zest and juice.

2.

Pour the mixture into 6 ice cream cups. Leave to freeze for about 1 hour, then insert wooden sticks and leave to freeze for another 3 hours or until set.
