18 ozs Apple (cored, peeled and sliced)
¼ cup sugar (more if needed)
1 Tbsp water
8 Tbsps Soy yogurt
5 Tbsps fruit granola
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Preparation steps

1.
Put the apples in a pan with the sugar and water. Cover the pan and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved.
2.
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes, until the apple slices break down and become fluffy. Adding more sugar if required.
3.
Spoon into serving glasses and spoon the yoghurt on top. Spoon the granola on top.
