- For the zucchini
- 8 small Zucchini
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- For the yogurt dip
- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- peppers (White)
- lemon juice (to taste)
- chili peppers (red, for dipping)

Preparation steps
1.
For the zucchini, rinse zucchini, cut diagonally into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices and lightly season with salt.

For the yogurt, mix yogurt, sour cream and garlic powder in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse dill, shake dry and coarsely chop.
3.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and fry zucchini in portions on all sides until golden brown. Serve on plates, sprinkle with a little yogurt dip and dill. Serve remaining sauce with chile peppers and dill.
