250 grams Zucchini
2 eggs
4 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 Tbsps Dill
2 Tbsps parsley

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
200 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 garlic cloves (pressed)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, pat dry and grate coarsely on a box grater. Mix zucchini in a bowl with eggs, flour and chopped herbs and spices to taste.

2.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and shape 2 fritters from half of the batter. Fry fritters on both sides.

3.

Remove from pan and keep warm. Add the remaining oil and fry 2 more fritters with remaining batter. Mix yogurt with salt to taste and stir in the pressed garlic cloves. Serve the dip with the fritters.
