100 milliliters dry white wine
2 handfuls fresh Fresh herbs (such as parsley, cilantro and chives)
4 fish fillets each 160 grams (halibut or cod)
salt

200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Pour the wine into a baking dish. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Rinse the fish and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and turn in the herbs. Add fish to the baking dish and distribute the rinsed cherry tomatoes around the fish. Drizzle with the olive oil and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the fish on plates with the tomatoes. If desired, serve with potatoes.
