- 1 shallot
- 300 grams Tuna steak
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 300 grams starchy potatoes (cooked)
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 80 grams breadcrumbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp medium hot Mustard
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the shallot and finely chop. Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry, dice and sprinkle with lemon juice. Press the peeled cooked potatoes through a ricer. Mix the fish, shallots, parsley and potatoes together. Add the egg and 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Knead into a dough, adding more breadcrumbs if needed. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Form the dough into patties, roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve with vegetables or on a sandwich if desired.
