400 grams macaroni
4 scallions
1 red chili pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350 grams Blackberry
200 grams Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and clean berries. Puree half of berries with cream, strain through a sieve. Rinse and dry scallions, trim both ends and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute scallions. Halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Add to scallions and saute together.

2.

Add berry puree to scallions and simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Prepare macaroni according to package instructions, combine with berry purree and garnish with remaining blackberries. Serve.
