1 onion
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Durum wheat
650 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 bunch Basil

Preparation steps

Rinse the cauliflower and divide into florets. Peel the onion and chop. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion in it until translucent. Add the cauliflower and durum wheat. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Put the lid on and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves and chop. Season the porridge with salt and pepper, and stir in the basil. Serve with fried eggs.
