- 2 small Apricot (about 50 grams)
- 1 slice fine Whole Wheat Bread (From the previous day; 35 g)
- ¾ cup
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Agave syrup (about 5 grams)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse apricots, wipe dry, halve, pit and cut into small cubes.

Trim crusts from bread and chop finely.
3.
Bring milk to a boil with cinnamon in a small pot. Add bread and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until liquid is absorbed.
4.
Add diced apricots to the pot, let soften and sweeten with agave nectar. Allow to cool slightly and check the temperature before feeding.
