8 Whole-wheat tortillas (Finished product, of 20 cm diameter)
500 grams Chicken breasts
Iodized salt
freshly ground white peppers
2 tsps Curry powder
2 Tbsps Canola oil
4 Tbsps Sour cream (10% fat)
2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
250 grams green Grape
250 grams red Grape
8 leaves Iceberg lettuce

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 480°F). Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with the curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a skillet and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes.Stir in the sour cream and cilantro, set aside and keep warm. Rinse the grapes, cut in half and remove seeds if necessary. Heat the tortillas for a few minutes in the preheated oven.

3.

Rinse the iceberg, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Top the tortillas with lettuce, the chicken and the grapes, roll and serve.
