¼ cup white wine
cup vegetable stock
cup Couscous
12 Tomatoes (tops cut off)
1 green pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
1 red pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps fresh Dill (chopped)
3 Tbsps olive oil
cup prepared shrimp
1 lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.
Bring the white wine and the stock to a boil. Pour it over the couscous and let soak for approx. 5 minutes. Mix with a fork.
2.
Hollow out the tomatoes.
3.
Mix the couscous with the peppers, garlic, dill and olive oil. Add the shrimps (prawns) and season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.
4.
Fill the tomatoes with the couscous and place the "lid" on top to serve.
