100 grams Couscous (Instant)
salt
50 grams melted butter
4 large Tomatoes
70 grams Feta
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Combine couscous with 250 ml  (approximately 1 cup) of  boiling salted water, mix well. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Loosen couscous with a fork and mix with melted butter.

Rinse and dry tomatoes, cut off lids and scrape out seeds.

Cut tomato pulp into cubes and add together with feta cheese and chopped parsley to couscous.

Stuff tomatoes with couscous mixture and replace the lids, arrange in a baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
