- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 large Chicken breasts
- 4 shallots
- 500 grams Apricot
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Mix sesame oil and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a bowl with cumin, cayenne and cinnamon. Cut chicken into cubes about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) wide and mix with oil mixture. Marinate for 1 hour.

Peel shallots and cut in half. Rinse apricots, cut in half and remove pits. Add ingredients to wooden skewers, alternating between chicken, shallots and apricot halves. Heat oil in a pan. Cook skewers in portions over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove, season with salt and serve.
