2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon ground Cumin
1 tablespoon sweet ground paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Stir the lemon juice together with the chile powder, cumin, sweet paprika, thyme and olive oil, and mix with the chicken breast strips in a bowl. Cover and let marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Heat up the grill. Soak some skewers in cold water.

Remove the chicken breast strips from the marinade and thread onto the skewers. Grill the chicken skewers on hot grill on each side for about 5 minutes. Baste the chicken skewers in between with the marinade and sprinkle with sea salt. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
