4 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp sweet ground paprika
1 tsp Harissa (powder)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
2 red Bell pepper
2 onions

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and chop. Mix the oil with the paprika, harissa, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and coat the diced chicken in it. Cover and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Rinse, halve and trim the bell peppers and cut into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into wedges.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread alternately with the peppers and onion onto wooden skewers.

Season with salt and cook on the grill or in a hot grill pan for 6-8 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Every now and then brush with the marinade.

4.

Serve with dips and a mango sauce if desired.
