pink peppercorns (crushed)

Preparation steps

1.
Put 12 wooden skewers in a bowl of water and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir the basil and crushed peppercorns into the oil and toss it with the turkey and peppers. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
4.
Thread alternate chunks of turkey and pepper onto the skewers and spread them out on a large grill tray. Sprinkle with salt and grill for 4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
