1 Bell pepper
1 Bell pepper
2 onions
1 tsp thyme (dried)

2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken breast, pat dry and cut into pieces.

Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into bite- sized pieces.

3.

Peel onions, quarter lengthwise and cut crosswise in half again. Separate onion layers into single pieces.

4.

Thread chicken, peppers and onions alternately onto 4 wooden skewers. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill, turning often, 6-10 minutes.
