- 2 green peppers (cut into 3 cm squares)
- 2 ⅔ cups Pork belly (trimmed of excess fat and cut into 3 cm cubes)
- 8 wooden Skewer (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- ½ red pepper (finely diced)
Preparation steps
1.
Thread the green pepper and pork cubes onto the skewers, alternating, starting and finishing with a square of green pepper.

Arrange on a plate and garnish with the diced red pepper, then chill if you're not ready to cook immediately.
3.
Cook the kebabs on a hot BBQ or griddle pan for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through.
