- 4 cups Sirloin steak (trimmed of fat)
- ¼ yellow pepper
- ¼ red pepper
- ½ small Zucchini
- 4 Salad onions (peeled)
- rosemary
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Cider vinegar
Product recommendation
Top tip: Add (1/2) tsp of chilli flakes and 1 tsp orange zest to the marinade for extra flavour with no extra calories.
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the steak, peppers and courgette into large chunks and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Tip them into a large sandwich bag with the salad onions and rosemary, then drizzle in the oil and vinegar. Seal the bag and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
3.
Preheat the grill to its highest setting. Thread the meat and vegetables onto four metal skewers.
4.
Cook the skewers under the grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the vegetables are tender and the steak is nicely browned.
