- Cherry tomatoes (300 grams, red and yellow)
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- ½ Baguette
- 100 grams grated Gouda
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Cut bread diagonally into thick slices. Rinse and dry tomatoes. Rinse and shake dry rosemary, pluck off leaves. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute tomatoes and rosemary, stirring gently.

Arranges bread slices on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and season with cayenne pepper. Toast under broiler until cheese melts, watching carefully. Season warm tomatoes with salt and top bread slices with tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
