- 2 garlic cloves

- 8 slices Baguette
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 250°C (approximately 475°F). Peel and halve garlic cloves. Rinse and finely chop tomatoes.
2.
Rinse basil, shake dry and cut into fine strips. Mix basil with tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Toast bread slices in the oven. Rub slices with garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Top with tomato mixture and serve immediately.
