- 6 ripe Tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs Basil
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- White vinegar
- 8 slices Ciabatta
Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, then remove. Peel and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the core and finely dice. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Rinse and dry the basil, then coarsely chop. Mix the tomatoes, shallot, garlic, basil, and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and vinegar.

Toast the sliced ciabatta under the broiler, then remove from the oven. Top with the bruschetta and serve immediately.
