Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the yellow bell pepper, trim, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and coarsely chop.

2.

Blend all the ingredients in multi hackers or a blender to a smooth dipping sauce. Strain the dip through a sieve, season and serve.
