Nutritional values
The dietary fiber cellulose and pectin from Plums stimulate digestion and help the body remove toxins. Montello cheese provides abundant high-quality protein as well as plenty of bone-strengthening calcium.
Montello cheese is a hard cheese similar to Parmesan, but it does not contain animal rennet. So if you can't get Montello cheese and don't necessarily want to do without it, you can also use Parmesan. Alternatively, other hard cheeses without animal rennet are suitable.

Wash, halve and stone the plums, and squeeze the orange. Caramelize sugar in a pan over low heat. Then add orange juice and 5 Tbsp water and simmer everything for 2-3 minutes, then set aside. Put in the plums and let them steep in the caramel for 4-5 minutes.
