Preparation steps

1.

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange 30 plastic lollipop sticks in 2 rows around 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) apart on the baking sheets.

Bring the sugar and about 80 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) water to a boil in a stainless steel pot and cook until a candy thermometer reads 160°C (320°F). Remove the pot from the heat then spoon the caramel between the chopsticks in 2.5 cm (approximately 1 inch) discs.

Sprinkle with silver glitter dust, let cool and then carefully remove from the parchment paper.
