200 grams Double cream cheese (60-75% fat)
2 Tbsps strained Quark
½ tsp lemon zest
50 grams Poppy seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the grapes and pat dry. In a bowl, stir the cream cheese with the quark and lemon zest.

2.

Place the poppy seeds on a shallow dish. Roll portions of the cheese mixture around each grape. 

3.

Roll each cheese-covered grape into the poppy seeds and thread each onto a wooden skewer.
