1.
Drain the mozzarella. Rinse and hull the strawberries. halve and seed the melon and with a melon baller, scoop out small balls. Cut the chorizo into slices.

Thread a toothpick with a strawberry and mozzarella and another with a melon ball and with chorizo, threading as many as you like and switching up combinaions if desired. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
