- ¼ Cucumber
- 16 dried, pickled Tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 16 Mozzarella
- olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash cucumber, halve lengthwise and cut lengthwise into thin slices.
2.
Drain tomatoes well. Rinse peppers, halve, remove seeds and white interior and cut into small pieces.
3.
Cut prosciutto slices in half. Drain mozzarella and wrap each ball with a prosciutto slice. On each toothpick put a folded sundried tomato, a rolled slice of cucumber and a pepper piece. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Serve canapes drizzled with olive oil to taste.
