- 12 thin slices Prosciutto
- 12 green Olives (pitted)
- 12 Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the melon, remove the seeds, peel and cut into 24 cubes. Slice each piece of prosciutto in half and use to wrap the cubes.
2.
Cut the olives and tomatoes in half, skewer onto 24 separate toothpicks and add a melon cube to each toothpick. Arrange on a serving plate.
